Yoga and Flexibility
Our Yoga practitioners offer private and small group sessions with a variety of classes including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Iyengar, and Anusara to build relaxation, alignment and resilience. Adolescent and kids yoga classes are also offered weekly. Our specialists work in a private studio to help you improve posture, promote joint stability, and relieve sore, stiff muscles. We utilize the ballet bar, foam rollers, body therapy balls and stability balls to facilitate full ranges of motion.
