What is TRX?

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.

Choose from 4 individual levels of full body, TRX training classes:

TRX LEVEL 1

This is the walk before you can run stage. You’ll need to learn the fundamentals of TRX and the terminology used in TRX training. This total body workout will prepare your body and awaken muscles you never thought you had. Don’t let the level one moniker fool you. This class is still quite challenging.

TRX LEVEL 2

Now that you've learned the basics of TRX, it's time to turn the dial up a little bit. At this stage, you’ll learn more intermediate TRX exercises that will improve your strength and increase your stamina. The pace is a little bit faster so try to keep up.

TRX LEVEL 3

Show us what you got! It's time to challenge your body. This fast pace and intense TRX work mixes TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. Prepare to sweat!

TRX LEVEL 4

Now let’s really get to work. We’re upping it another notch and putting you through the pace. This is the kitchen sink of all TRX training. We’ll incorporate weights, kettlebells, ropes, plyometrics, agility drills whatever we could think of to give you that full body burn.
