Sharon Hildebrand

Trains: group-fitness, pilates, gyrokenisis, yoga

Every body is different. Drawing on her extensive training and experience in Pilates, Gyrotonic and Yoga, Sharon will create a unique combination of exercises customized to your goals and abilities which are designed to help your body return to a pattern of natural, balanced movement. “Sharon is a terrific teacher,” says one long time student, “She explains everything very clearly, is full of encouragement and makes everything fun.”

During more than 15 years as a teacher, Sharon has helped a wide variety of students including elite athletes, people looking to improve their strength, flexibility and conditioning and those dealing with chronic back or joint pain.

Sharon is certified in Pilates by the Physicalmind Institute, by Gyrotonic founder Julio Horvath and by Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis International. She trained extensively with master trainer Debra Rose at San Francisco Gyrotonic.

Sharon is an avid surfer, dancer, choreographer and the mother of teenage twins.
