Serena Cano

Serena’s mission is to inspire, motivate and ensure the safety of exercisers, while facilitating a fun and challenging experience!

Serena is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as well as a Certified TRX® Suspension Training® coach. She has extensive strength training, flexibility and nutrition experience. Serena also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Post Baccalaureate in Nutrition and Food Science. Serena believes a carefully, tailored workout paired with healthy eating will significantly slow the effects of aging! For more information please visit her on facebook.

Serena’s latest personal training specialty is combining strength, balance, flexibility and endurance in a one hour class that will target every muscle in the body with extra attention to the tummy, inner and outer thighs, back of the arms and backside.

Trains: 50 + Women, High Intensity Interval Training, Pilates, Yoga, TRX® Suspension Training® , Body Weight Training, Group Training, Healthy Mexican Recipes, Cooking Lessons and Food Preparation.
