Patrick immersed himself obsesivly in fitness and science literature searching for the truth to health after growing exceedingly frustrated with poor fitness results in the year of 2002. One year later after helping his mother and brother collectively lose over 100 lbs and himself losing 40 lbs he realized his ability to help people in all apects of fitness and created the Iron Body System. He since has dedicated most of his time to studying movement systems, nutrition, motivation, psychology and sports science to better the lives of his clients. Patrick is a level II RKC Kettlebell Instructor and Z health Trainer. Patrick has been a fitness manager and worked under many leading authorities in the industry. He has trained a wide span of athletes and helped many people with weight loss, wellness, and performance goals.
"As I grow and develop in my field I feel it's necessary to redefine what I call myself. In all honesty I don't consider myself a trainer any longer. I am a teacher. I teach my clients the foundational key points to sustain a healthy life style. I have witnessed trainers in 'wrestling conversations' with there clients but I believe the communication and process of change should be more like a dance than anything. I can only help someone who attaches importance to their goals and by listening and truly understanding what a clients communicates bridges my guiding techniques. Most people are in a ambivalent limbo that don't need to be pushed but lead towards the benefits of positive change. Any average trainer should be able to push an athlete or entry level client to the edge, that's easy. But if that trainer can impact their client and leave positive imprints on their daily movement and behavior then they have fulfilled a profound service. That's my goal."
