Michelle , a Boston area native, has recently relocated here after four years in the Caribbean where she had the opportunity to pursue her passion….fitness.  She currently continues her studies of Pilates through Balanced Body University.  Michelle has twenty years management experience in the luxury hospitality market; a career focused on people, service and quality training. She believes that health and fitness are a lifestyle choice.  She has personally proven that the changes you envision for your mind, spirit and body are achievable with dedication to that choice; even for those in a high paced lifestyle.
