Drea Roberts has enjoyed teaching teaching Pilates for the last five years. She received her training in the classical method, otherwise known as Romana's Pilates in Seattle, where she gained her Bachelor's in Social Work and a Minor in Dance. She has worked with various clients, including dancers, athletes, supermoms, and your everyday person that just wants to move again. In addition, she has experience working with injuries such as scoliosis, lower back pain, herniated discs, knee and hip replacements. She focuses on having proper form and correct alignment, yet keeps her clients moving so they may get the most out of their session. Known for her listening caring, fun and challenging workouts, she encourages those she works with to always include movement in their daily lives. Drea is currently studying to get her MA in Special Education at NDNU.
