Noxcuses Fitness Spa offers individualized fitness programs in the areas of strength, Yoga, Pilates and flexibility all available in private and small group training sessions (2-4 guests for focused attention).

Work one-to-one with a Noxcuses professional and experience a total body conditioning service designed to challenge you and assist you in your fitness goals. Each session focuses on the key components to exercise: flexibility training, strength conditioning, and cardiovascular activity. You can even choose to have a professional come right to your home or office as part of fitness-to-go.

Our trainers develop a plan that teaches you how to incorporate exercise into your life. Your personalized sessions include at-home program design and a 12-week series that facilitates personal growth and physical progressions. To ensure results, our program includes quarterly assessments including complete biomechanical and postural assessments, physical measurements, body fat calculation, endurance strength, and flexibility tracking. This complete conditioning approach gives you the tools to begin exercising healthily and maintain a realistic long-term plan.
