11am: Restorative Pilates with Althea
This invigorating class will tone you up while deepening your understanding of core-based movements. Utilizing the reformer and incorporating floor based Pilates movements, this class offers a focused, fluid and balanced full-body workout to stimulate the deep “ core” muscles while releasing tight muscles and removing toxins from the body.

11am: TRX Fusion with Colin
Join Colin for a challenging, functional and fun workout that focused on improving balance, stability and core strength. A full body workout that incorporates full range of motion movements, core and balance into a fun, upbeat class that flows from one movement to the next, keeping heart rate high while challenging flexibility and overall fitness.

12pm: Off the Wall Yoga with Angie

12:30pm: Teens-in-Training with Garrett
An introduction to the benefits of body conditioning, exercise and fitness in a fun, non-competitive environment. Perfect for the adolescent who needs encouragement to move more daily and adopt healthy exercise habits.

2-3pm: Salsa Class with Erika
Learn the essentials of salsa dancing. This workshop incorporates hip movement, fluid transitions and intricate footwork. Expect to get your heart rate up and body moving!
