Private Groups

NoXcuses Fitness offers private small group training of you and up to 3 family or friends. In group sessions, guests share the fun of exercising regularly together with family or friends. Duet, Triple and Quad training sessions are available at lower standard training fees than our one on one sessions. Groups are limited to 4 guests for maximum focused attention on your fitness goals.

NoXcuses also specializes in developing exercises programs for kids and teens. Our fitness specialists design creative and enjoyable programs for your children or special events for the whole family.

Small Group Classes

The newest service at NoXcuses Fitness is small group classes with focused attention on Strength, Flexibility, Yoga and Pilates. Classes are a great way to cross train and add variety to your fitness experience. We recommend dynamic and integrative NEW classes including Kettlebell, Vinyasa Flow, Pilates Mat and Apparatus and TRX suspension training.

If you are interested in variety at an affordable price, then small group classes are for you. Supplement your private sessions with small group classes or enjoy them as a separate service. Please call the front desk at (650) 325-1273 to make reservations. Small Group classes are limited to 4 people on a first come first serve basis. Classes are $30 each and for members only.
